About IBCA

The Illinois Broadband & Cable Association serves as the trade association for the broadband and cable television industry in Illinois. Membership is divided into two categories: general members and associate members. General members are cable system operators, while associate members include programming services, equipment supply companies, and any other businesses that have an affiliation with the broadband and cable television industry.

As part of its services, the IBCA hosts various annual events, including a Legislative Day every spring at the Illinois State Capitol.

In its forty year history, the IBCA has actively represented its membership in the Illinois General Assembly. Also, as an active member of the NCTA – The Internet & Television Association, the IBCA has worked tirelessly on behalf of its members in both Springfield, IL and Washington, D.C.
